Hero Bullion’s About page identifies Jake Haugen as founder. BBB lists Hero Bullion, LLC, a February 7, 2020 start and incorporation, and several members including Jacob W Haugen. The company describes itself as online-only; its Plano mailing address is not a retail shop. Founder status should not be read as proof of sole ownership.[1][2][7]

Its range spans gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion, copper products and collector formats. Catalog navigation includes pre-1933 US gold, 90% silver, CIT coins, Niue and Palau issues, statues, hand-poured silver and Goldbacks. These are research categories, not promises of stock or direct franchise licensing.[3]

Hero also has a documented maker role for selected products. Its August 2024 Epic Warriors announcement describes in-house design, pouring and hand-finishing of the silver series, but production of the copper version by a partner mint. That distinction should not be flattened into a claim that Hero manufactures everything it sells.[4]

The company timeline contains an unresolved date inconsistency: a July 1, 2025 launch label precedes events it dates to July and August 2020. BBB supports a 2020 business start.
